Flint uses permissions only to clean, preview, inspect, copy, and store URLs as part of its single purpose.

Host access

Needed to read link URLs where hover preview, context-menu cleanup, and supported cleaning workflows run.

Storage

Stores settings, license state, custom rules, whitelist entries, and optional Pro history on your device or Chrome sync storage.

Context menus and clipboard

Enable right-click copy clean link and clipboard copy actions you choose.
